Default Australia can power the world's clean tech future

A report by Beyond Zero Emissions says Australia can create a lot of jobs and money by focusing on clean energy instead of fossil fuels.

Here's the key idea:

If Australia makes more cleantech products (solar panels, batteries, etc.) in the country, it could create 53,000 new jobs and $215 billion in revenue by 2035.

Battery manufacturing is seen as the biggest opportunity, with potential for 20,000 jobs and $114 billion.

The report suggests ways to make this happen, like giving some financial help to these new industries and focusing on a few key locations.

Basically, Australia has a chance to be a leader in clean energy and create a strong economy in the process.
