Default Geothermal flawed?

Alite,
I think you need to elaborate on your statement re Geothermal being a flawed model.

Personally I think it is what Australia will be using to provide at least 20% of its main base-load emissions free electricity within the next decade.
www.HotRockEnergy.com has a fair bit of info on this topic.

But around the world hot rock energy will not be utilised as most countries don't have our rather unique combination of radiogenic rich massive granite lenses at relatively shallow depths covered by the required insulator layers.
